Philharmonic Hall. Crème de la crème
The MFOpen Chamber Matinee will be followed by an afternoon Philharmonic Salon in the Mozart Hall with the subtitle Crème de la crème. This part of the programme will feature performances by three chamber ensembles. At 3.30 pm, the wind trio El GonzAles, consisting of flutist Eliška Honková, clarinettist Aleš Janeček and bassoonist Jan Dvořák, will perform the Serenade by Hungarian composer Rudolf Maros. The music for the brass of Olomouc native Milada Červenková will be performed by the members of the MFO Brass Quintet: trumpeters Ondřej Mot'ka and Stanislav Bartošek, horn player Radek Malý, trombonist Miroslav Tutko, tuba player Radim Černín and trombonist Jan Pátek as a guest. The Philharmonic Salon will culminate with music of lighter genres, such as swing or musical melodies, performed by the Moravia Quintet consisting of Petr Hladík (flute), Jan Kučera (oboe), Lukáš Broda (clarinet), Jan Dvořák (bassoon) and Radek Malý (French horn).
